Please be advised that Albert R. Hartley is the owner of the Hartley Law Group, P.C. and has had or currently does maintain a business and/or a legal relationship with the following companies:

For the purpose of any transaction with The Hartley Law Group, P.C., we have advised of this relationship and further inform that Albert R. Hartley may be paid for services to the companies listed above, which may include attorney fees, referral fees, business expenses and possible administrative costs.

 Finally, please be advised that any prior business or legal relationship with any of the above companies may necessitate the assistance of independent legal counsel with regard to the legal matter for which The Hartley Law Group, P.C. may be retained.

In order to better serve your needs now and in the future, we may ask you to provide us with certain information.  We understand that you may be concerned about what we will do with such information particularly any personal or financial information.  We agree that you have a right to know how we will utilize the personal information you provide to us.  Therefore, The Hartley Law Group, P.C. has adopted this Privacy Policy to govern the use and handling of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy governs our use of the information which you provide to us.  It does not govern the manner in which we may use information we have obtained from any other source, such as information obtained from a public record or form another person or entity.

Depending upon which of our services you are utilizing, the types of non-public information that we may collect include: Information we receive from you on applications, affidavits, forms and in other documentation and communications to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone or any other means;
Information about your transaction with us, our affiliated companies, or others; and,
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency. 

Use of Information

Confidentiality and Security
We will use our best efforts to ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of your information.  We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those individuals and entities who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We will use our best efforts to train and oversee our employees to ensure that your information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  We currently maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information. 

Information Obtained Through Our Web Site
When visiting The Hartley Law Group, the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access.  This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use.  Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Links to third party sites are included on our web site for your use and reference.  We are not responsible for the privacy policies on these web sites.  You should be aware that the privacy policies of these sites may differ from our own.

Other
We will obey the laws governing the collection, use and dissemination of data.  We will use our best efforts to comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Alta Best Practices.  We will maintain appropriate feasible facilities and systems to protect against unauthorized access to and corruption of the data we maintain.  Even if you are no longer our customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.  The contents of this statement may be altered at any time, at our discretion.
